Memorial Donation

A memorial donation to Stephanie’s Dream can be a thoughtful and touching way to remember a deceased loved one while supporting the organization's mission or to make a “Thinking of You” donation to support a living loved one.

Donation by check: 

  • Download and complete the Donation Form.
  • If you would like a notification sent to a certain party, please fill out the appropriate areas on the donation form and a special card of acknowledgment from Stephanie’s Dream will be sent.
  • Mail Donation Form and check to:  Stephanie's Dream, P.O. Box 243, Palmer, TX 75152

Donation online via PayPal: 

  • Submit your donation online via PayPal.
  • To dedicate your donation, please email info@stephaniesdream.org and include the following:
    • Your donation transaction number & date of donation.
    • Download and attach the completed Donation Form.
    • If you would like a notification sent to a certain party, please be sure to fill out the appropriate areas on the donation form and a special card of acknowledgment from Stephanie’s Dream will be sent.
